 pOptiVEC-TOPO 載體 - 雙順反子克隆載體，包含在 CHO-DG44 細胞中開發穩定細胞系所需的 DHFR 基因（圖 1）；載體與 TOPO 兼容，能夠以 >85% 的效率克隆包含目的基因的 PCR 產物
 FreeStyle MAX 轉染試劑 - 無動物來源成分的轉染試劑，可提供較高的轉染效率和一致的結果
 CD OptiCHO 培養基 - 化學成分確定的無蛋白質培養基（不含次黃嘌呤或胸苷），設計用于重組 CHO-DG44 細胞的高密度懸浮培養和分泌蛋白的生產
 CD DG44 培養基 - 化學成分確定的無蛋白質培養基，添加次黃嘌呤和胸苷，支持 DG44 細胞在懸浮培養中的*優生長DG44 細胞 - 針對 CD DG44 培養基預先進行過馴化，并經過篩選以進行高效的細胞生長和轉染

此外，OptiCHO Express 試劑盒提供 GIBCO OptiPRO SFM 以促進 DNA-脂質體復合物的形成，提供 L-谷氨酰胺（單獨提供，以增加培養基的穩定性）和 Pluronic F-68 以控制懸浮培養物中的剪切力。

儲存條件： 
在 15°C 至 30°C 儲存 Pluronic F-68。在 2°C 至 8°C 避光儲存 OptiPRO SFM、CD OptiCHO 培養基和 FreeStyle MAX 轉染試劑。 在 -5°C 至 -20°C 儲存 L-谷氨酰胺、pOptiVEC-TOPO 載體、CMV 正向測序引物和 EMCV IRES 反向測序引物。在 -80°C 儲存 One Shot TOP10 化學感受態大腸桿菌細胞。在液氮中儲存 DG44 細胞。 pOptiVEC-TOPO載體含有以下元件： Human cytomegalovirus (CMV) immediate-early promoter/enhancer for high-level gene expression in a wide range of mammalian cells
